Our Mission:
"To honor Alaskan heritage and strengthen its future through the intentional stewardship of traditional arts, sustainable land use, and the essential infrastructure of our communities."
Forrest Stoneraven
Managing Partner
The Architect of the 141st Meridian Forrest is the operational engine and strategic architect of Gininlyaa Holdings, LLC. With a career built on the rare intersection of institutional strategy and industrial pragmatism, he specializes in de-risking complex ventures within the Alaska-Yukon corridor.
With over 20 years of experience in corporate navigation—complemented by a 13-year foundation in the union trades—Forrest possesses the "dual-sight" required to design high-level corporate structures that actually survive the physical and logistical rigors of the North. As a dual citizen of the United States and Canada, he serves as a primary conduit for cross-border commerce, translating complex legal and regulatory frameworks into streamlined, actionable results.
Forrest doesn't just manage assets; he builds the infrastructure of permanence. His approach to "Strategic Stewardship" ensures that every entity within the Gininlyaa portfolio is hardened against market volatility and positioned for generational expansion.
Core Competencies: Cross-Border Jurisdictional Strategy, Integrated Facilities Architecture, Institutional Land Development.
The Mandate: "Precision is the prerequisite for sovereignty. We build structures that endure because we respect the technical and ethical foundations they sit upon.
Devin Stoneraven
Director Cultural Integrity
The Architect of Social License Devin serves as the cultural heart and the moral compass of Gininlyaa Holdings, LLC. A member of the Gwich'in Kian Tr'ee, he translates ancestral wisdom into a modern framework for sustainable commerce. In a landscape where regional partnership is the only path to long-term success, Devin ensures that every Gininlyaa venture is built on a foundation of authentic sovereignty and community trust.
His role is to secure and maintain the "Social License"—the deep-tier alignment required to operate successfully within the Interior. By overseeing the firm’s Cultural Resource Management and leading the strategic advocacy for the federal recognition of Canyon Village, Devin bridges the gap between modern corporate expansion and the preservation of Northern identity. He ensures that Gininlyaa does not just "extract" value, but actively contributes to the cultural and economic permanence of the communities we serve and operate within.
Core Competencies: Tribal Advocacy & Diplomacy, Cultural Resource Management, Indigenous Economic Development.
The Mandate: "True wealth is measured by what we leave behind. We navigate the future by honoring the path our ancestors walked, ensuring our children inherit a legacy of strength."
The Stoneraven Partnership: A Union of Purpose
The Dual-Lens Advantage
At the core of Gininlyaa Holdings is the marriage of Forrest and Devin Stoneraven. This partnership is the bedrock of our firm’s "Dual-Lens" philosophy—a convergence of two worlds that are often at odds: the disciplined, strategic rigor of industrial development and the deep, ancestral sovereignty of the Gwich’in people.
As husbands and business partners, our lives and our work are inseparable. This unity offers our partners a level of stability and trust that is rare in the corporate world. We don't just "collaborate" across cultures; we live that bridge every day.
Why Our Union is Your Asset:
A Unified Front: Because we are partners in life and business, our communication is seamless and our goals are singular. There is no "daylight" between our cultural values and our corporate strategy.
The Authentic Bridge: Our marriage bridges the gap between the boardroom and the village. We don’t just consult with Indigenous communities; we are family. This provides our projects with an authentic, unbreakable bond of trust that traditional firms cannot replicate.
Generational Stability: We aren’t building for a quarterly report or a five-year exit. We are building a legacy for our family and the communities we serve. As a dual-citizen household, we navigate the 141st Meridian with a long-term perspective that ensures our projects are built to last for generations.
"In the Gwich'in language, Gininlyaa means 'To Make or Create.' As a couple, we have committed our lives to creating a North where industry and tradition don't just coexist—they thrive together."
